At Kuartos.com we are committed to protecting your privacy when shopping online on our website.

That is why we use an internet watch-dog so to speak, Trust E, which has reviewed our privacy statement and which promotes the principles of disclosure and fair information practices. Security and Credit Card Safety.
Kuartos DOES NOT collect credit information from the customer. By making a reservation, the customers financial information goes to a third party, AuthorizeNet, where validity confirmation is given.

From there, the customer is automatically directed to Kuartos where the Res ID and Customer ID are given. The credit card information goes over SSL line to AuthorizeNet and is encrypted. Kuartos doesn?t receive the credit card information. Logically, Kuartos personnel has no access to credit card information.

For changes in charges, extra charges etc, only one responsible manager has access to any data and data where he/she can make the necessary changes. We have never had an instance of e-commerce theft, and it is highly unlikely it will happen to you on our Web site.

Third Parties.
We share only the information necessary with our hotels regarding clients when they book a reservation thru Kuartos.com.

The only information these parties receive is the clients name, and arrival/departure times. With respect to affiliates, we may share the same info as discussed above in order to process the request of the user.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and all personal data collected by us at this internet site and/or in the fulfillment of requests for Kuartos.com services or for securing a reservation with third party vendors such as hotels or tour agencies.

Kuartos.com will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information.

Cookies.
Kuartos.com uses cookies only for the purpose of tracing affiliate referrals and appropriate commission payments.

Log Files.
All visits are logged. The information is used to detect server and application failures. Broad demographic information is collected and used for internal statistics.

Contest & Surveys
From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests.

Participation in these contest or surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information like name and email or demographic information like location.

Contact information will be used to notify winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving your use and satisfaction of this site.

When you make a reservation, enter a contest, or take our poll on the Kuartos.com website you may be asked to enter personal information in order to secure your reservation or win prizes.

This information is submitted to our booking partner and our web-hosting provider. Kuartos.com and our service providers WILL NOT sell or distribute any personal information about you or any other individual traveler.

While you will receive an e-mail confirmation whenever you make a reservation on-line, you will not receive any unsolicited e-mail as a result of making a reservation on our site. You can, however, sign-up to receive our e-mail news while visiting our site.

Our site provides users the opportunity to Opt-Out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. The Kuartos.com site does contain external links that will take you away from our site to our affiliates. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these sites.

Notification of changes.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes and/or PII (personally identifiable information) are substantial we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy policy for changes.

For your protection all Kuartos.com employees are required to abide by our privacy policy. We encourage you to correct, update or delete pertinent Personally Identifiable Information obtained throughout the site.
