...This was the first time I used kuartos and I was really impressed with the people and the service. I booked three different hotels in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel and everything was perfect. I plan to book my next trip with Kuartos and I highly recommend this agency to everyone.!!!!

...just want to thank you for your help. When we found that we could not get the Porto Real for 5 additional nights I called Kuartos.com by phone from playa and booked the continental for a very reasonable price that included breakfast. Although the continental has lost its beach and the rooms are a little worn, the food and service made up for it. They even upgraded to a junior suite that was literally over the sea. Each night we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean!

After applying for a reservation I received a confirmation and a copy of the hotel voucher, which I presented at the resort in Cancun at check-in and there were absolutely no problems. Next time I will look first at Kuartos.com

It is the first time I used the internet to make such arrangements and was a bit apprehensive about what to expect.
